Refund & Cancellation Policy

2. Order Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before Processing: Orders can be cancelled free of charge if cancelled before order processing and dispatch
  • After Processing: Once an order has been processed and dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel
  • Time Limit: Cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of order placement for immediate processing

2.3 Cancellation by Pinky Agencies

In case we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund within 7-10 business days.

3. Return Policy

  • Damaged or defective products received
  • Wrong products delivered
  • Products with quality issues confirmed by our team

4.2 Refund Process

Once your return is approved and received:

  1. We will inspect the returned product
  2. If approved, refund will be initiated within 3-5 business days
  3. Refund will be credited to your original payment method
  4. You will receive confirmation via email/SMS

4.3 Refund Timeline

  • Bank Transfer/UPI: 3-7 business days
  • Credit/Debit Cards: 7-10 business days
  • Cash Payments: Refund via bank transfer within 5-7 business days

Note: Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. We have no control over processing times after refund initiation.

4.4 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in cases where:

  • Only some items in an order are damaged or incorrect
  • Products show signs of use but have valid defects
  • Products are returned without complete original packaging

5. Exchange Policy

5.1 Product Exchange

We offer product exchanges for damaged, defective, or wrong products. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Inspection Upon Delivery

We strongly recommend that you inspect your order at the time of delivery in the presence of the delivery personnel. This helps in immediately identifying and reporting any issues such as:

7. Shipping Charges

For returns due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong products), we will bear the return shipping costs. We will arrange pickup or provide a prepaid return label.
